Synopsis
Mufasa: The Lion King explores the unexpected rise of the beloved king of the Pride Lands, while Timon and Pumbaa lend their unique style and recruit Rafiki to tell the legend of Mufasa to the young lion Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala. The story, told in flashbacks, features Mufasa as an orphan cub, lost and alone until he meets a friendly lion named Taka, the heir to a royal bloodline. A chance encounter sets off a wide-ranging journey for an unusual group of misfits in search of their destiny: their bonds are tested as they work together to evade a menacing and deadly enemy.
